Fees & Clinic Policies
Payment Policy – Payment is due in full at the time of your visit. We accept cash, debit, VISA, or Mastercard. An official receipt will be provided to you which you can submit to your extended health insurances.
Cancellation Policy – Patients who do not cancel/reschedule their appointment within 24 hours will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. More than 2 days notice is much appreciated. Please call 382-1329 or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for appointment changes.
Naturopathic Visit Fees*
- Initial visits (60-75min): $200
- Extended initial visits (75-90min): $230
- Regular 30min return visits: $80
- Extended return visits: based on extra time required.
Massage Therapy and Applied Kinesiology Fees:
All initial treatments (TX) include an initial assessment and evaluation, general or specific.
Note: Prices follow Industry standards for Medical Massage Therapy and Kinesiology. For a Health Field perspective my education equates/compares that of a physiotherapist in duration i.e.: 7 years post secondary education (university 4 / college 2 / continued education 1+). As of 2017 taxes will be added to service prices. Prices below are for services, before HST.
General Therapeutic Massage (stress reduction / relaxation):
100$ 1 hr TX on Table 1.5 hrs w/therapist w/HST $115
120$ 1.5 hr TX on Table 2 hrs w/therapist w/HST $138
General visits include general screening / assessment based on previous treatment results.
Specific Therapeutic Massage (Injury, Chronic pain, Health conditions, MVA, WSNB):
120$ 1 hr TX on Table 1.5 hrs w/therapist w/HST $138
135$ 1.5 hr TX on Table 2 hrs w/therapist w/HST $155.25
Specific Therapeutic visits include orthopaedic testing, bio-mechanical assessments, various Manual Therapy techniques, ergonomics, education, research, reporting, test result consolidation, multidisciplinary consulting, follow up emails etc.
Brigitte is an insured massage therapist covered under most health insurance plans. She is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of New Brunswick (CMTNB) as well as with the NB Association of Massage Therapist (ANBMT).
