Payment Policy – Payment is due in full at the time of your visit. We accept cash, debit, VISA, or Mastercard. An official receipt will be provided to you which you can submit to your extended health insurances. Direct billing for most extended health insurances also available.

 

Cancellation Policy – Out of consideration for our practitioners’ and other patients’ time, if you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or if you fail to show up for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment fee.

Naturopathic Visit Fees*

News Flash - We are pleased to announce that visit fees & diagnostic testing fees are now exempt of HST!
  • Initial visits (around 75-90min, includes a comprehensive & in-depth assessment of your health and treatment recommendations):
    • $250 ($295 if extends longer than 90min in cases of complex health issues or if you have many questions)
  • Extended return visits (70-75min): $210-$225
  • Typical return visits (50-60min): $150-$180
  • Shorter return visits (45-50min): $135-$150
  • Quick visits (30min): $90
  • Extended return visits: based on extra time required ($15 per 5 minutes of consultation time with Naturopathic Doctor).
  • Specialize visits with Dr. Jenna Weeks ND (available via video consults only):
    • Initial visit which includes Epigenetic Review (105min) $350.00
    • Return visit which includes in-depth Epigenetic Review (90min) $320
*Since our Naturopathic Doctors are recognized by the New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NBAND), visit fees are covered by most extended health insurance plans (check your plan).
