I believe you are here for a reason;

I believe we can do something together to improve your life.

Knowledge is power.

I understand that you are suffering,

I want to help you.

I have trained long and hard to do so.

There are many things that can be done;

I believe it doesn’t have to be this way forever.

My number one goal is that you feel heard, understood, and appreciated.

I want you to know that what you are experiencing is valid.

My goal is to provide you with a space where you feel fully comfortable to ask questions.

And that these questions are answered in an empowering way, that helps you more fully understand what might be going on with your body.

My strength lies in seeing how a host of random symptoms can all be related, and potentially lead to a root cause.

My motto is: “When we can see the constellation of all of the symptoms as a whole, it becomes easier to treat the real problem and find resolution.”

I find daily inspiration in getting to know my patients as human beings with lives beyond their symptoms, and helping them to have “ah ha!” moments with their health.

I have a huge heart and a great big desire to see people thrive. My dream is to see a healthier society as a whole.

This occurs when we adopt small daily choices empowered with education, knowledge, and a pinch of determination.

My other favorite motto is: “Each one, teach one, go far.” My aim is not just to treat your symptoms, but also to help educate you about your body, how it actually works, and what it needs.

I want to help you find your natural state of feeling vital in a way that feels safe and do-able for you.

I want you to know there are always options and you are not alone.

My desire is to meet you as a whole person and walk along side you on your journey to better health. Whatever that may look like for you.

You would come to see me when you:

Want to know about how your specific body functions and what you can do to optimize your health.

Are suffering from anxiety or depression.

When you want to find out if you have genetic predispositions such as an MTHFR or other epigenetic variances and want to know how to better support your individual system.

Have ongoing stomach pain, constipation or diarrhea, gas or bloating and know that certain foods bother you but you just can’t pin point exactly which ones.

Have back or neck pain.

Have issues with your periods, or lack there of.

Are feeling the effects of long-term stress i.e. adrenal fatigue.

Suffer from headaches or a concussion.

Would like to know more about natural health alternatives.

Want more energy and focus.

Want to lose weight and learn about dietary changes and find out if you are taking the right supplements for your needs.

Have health issues you just can’t seem to get to the bottom of, and you still feel something is off.

The thing that keeps me up at night is…

Researching something called Epigenetics. This is the study of how our genetics expression, (aka instructions in our DNA) are converted into functional outcomes in our health.

Why is this important?

Did you know that your epigenetics can be influenced by your environment, food, as well as supplements? This means that you do have some control over your health and wellbeing as it relates to your genetic variances.

New research is suggesting that epigenetics, (namely the MTHFR variance, that an estimated 47% of the population carries), along with other mutations, are potential contributors to, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism, and heavy metal accumulation in the body, among other health issues.

Some of these issues can potentially be helped with simple dietary changes and natural supplements. The challenge often comes from not knowing that you might have one or more of these epigenetic variances, and most people have some.

This is where I come in. We can do testing for your epigenetics then we can put together a plan for your individual make up to best support your unique body’s specific needs (Pretty neat eh? Naturopathic Medicine that is tailored to you specifically).

These are just some of the things that we can explore. However, I am highly trained to handle a wide array of health issues. So let’s sit down and have a good chat.

Cats, Chocolate, and Love – These are a few or my favorite things.

When I am not in the clinic, you can find me out in the woods hiking to waterfalls, soaking up the sun, or working on singing more in public. Snowboarding is the one thing I cannot live without. If I had a superpower it would be to clean the environment completely of toxins, and help the animals and humans thrive to be healthier and happier every day.

This is a little about me, but really I want to learn about you. What keeps you up at night, or concerns you?

My hope for you, and the rest of the planet, is a healthier happier future.
