Dr. Kiara Kallio, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor at the Moncton Naturopathic Medical Clinic, in Moncton, New Brunswick. She is currently accepting new patients.

She completed her four years of naturopathic medical school at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto after completing her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Political Science at Acadia University in Wolfville.

Dr. Kiara, ND started her career in rural Nova Scotia where she supported a full clientele with numerous health goals.

Throughout her professional journey, she has maintained a keen interest in addressing complex-chronic illnesses. Her approach to healthcare is rooted in blending traditional practices with research-informed approaches, enabling her to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient. She firmly believes that optimal outcomes are achieved when patients are actively engaged in their care and treatments are practical and attainable.

She enjoys supporting patients with all health goals and has a special interest in:

• Complex chronic illness: chronic fatigue/ myalgic encephalomyelitis, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, mold toxicity, mast cell activation syndrome.

• Metabolic support: insulin resistance, diabetes, high cholesterol, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.

• Hormone support: thyroid support, stress and adrenal support, fatigue, women’s health concerns, men’s health concerns.

Kiara loves to use nutrition and lifestyle practices as a foundation of her treatment plans, which she believes sets patients up for success.

When not in the clinic, Kiara enjoys skiing, hiking, paddleboarding, rock climbing, kite surfing, or camping. She also values quality time spent with her family in British Columbia and enjoys exploring new destinations whenever the opportunity arises.

She is a member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), New Brunswick Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NBAND), and holds a license through the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA).
