Important COVID-19 Clinic Policies

Our naturopathic clinic services are still OPEN. See the changes below.


The health and safety of patients, employees and the public are a top priority at the Moncton Naturopathic Medical Clinic. Our heart goes out to you and all the people affected by this pandemic. Whether you are cooped up, ill, feeling vulnerable, working in a high-risk job, unable to work due to layoffs or daycare/school shutdowns, we share your concern. 


We would like to update you regarding new clinic procedures in compliance with COVID-19 Public Health requirements. We have implemented new options to help you maintain and continue your current naturopathic health regimen.


Key points (see below for more details)

  • Naturopathic Doctor appointments are available via phone or video teleconference.
  • You can purchase dispensary items by placing your order via email or phone.
  • Delivery/pick-up of purchases will be arranged.
  • Note that the clinic building is closed. No in-person appointments and no retail sales permitted inside the building.
  • Our front desk staff are available to receive your calls/emails to coordinate supplement refills and appointment scheduling.
  • Please note that certain types of clinic hours have changed.

Appointments format

Continuing to support your health is important. Therefore, we are still “seeing” patients via remote consults. That means we are booking your naturopathic appointments just like usual and connecting over the phone or via your computer (video teleconferencing).

If you know someone (e.g. family member or friend or work colleague), who would be a new patient to the clinic, first visit appointments are also still possible via phone/video consults.  


Can I still use my extended health insurance for my naturopathic appointments conducted over the phone or via video teleconferencing?

If you have extended health insurance, like Great West Life, Sunlife, Blue Cross, Johnson, etc, they are accepting receipts just like normal visits.


Supplement refills
Curbside pick-up is available! If you would like to arrange for a supplement/product pick-up or delivery please contact the clinic. All supplement refill orders must be prepaid over the phone. You will simply arrange a pick-up time and we will package your order and leave it outside on a dedicated sheltered shelf unit. Clinic Hours

Appointment hours (remains the same):  Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Supplement/product pick-up hours:  Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM

Cut off time to place orders for same day pick-up: Anytime prior to 3 PM
